Breaking away for Beng Quan for a few minutes, I go into some subtleties with xing yi’s ‘go to’ conch shell fist. It is the first fist we learn in Xing Yi and you can do some SERIOUS damage to someone using it, or, to yourself if you don’t follow these rules.
How we hold this fist is related to how we correctly hold the sword. Tight at the bottom, loose at the top.
Enjoy!

Hi David,
We are currently working very hard on getting a mailing list in place which will be active shortly, at which point contact through email will be very simple. In the mean time, i’ve sent you an email.
Hello Paul
I understand you are based in Leeds. Can you please recommend any good Xingyi teachers in London.
Mike send me an email at paul@xingyiacademy.com or through our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/xingyiacademy and I’ll get back to you.
I’m planning on doing some monthly seminars in London starting early next year, the first will probably be free of charge to gauge interest.
